Ordering the perfect chair for you is a simple process, and you won’t be alone for it! Just follow the following simple steps and you’ll be set for delivery in no time.
We will lead you through the process, and help you decide on the correct product and configuration, and make sure your chair is tailored specifically to your wants and needs. We can also communicate with a physical or occupational therapist, if you so please, in order to receive more input towards a chair geared specifically to your needs.
Choose a Chair
Tailoring the perfect product starts with choosing the appropriate REAL chair. We’ll help you choose between our REAL Adult, REAL Child, and REAL Big & Heavy chairs. We will send you a measurement sheet to make sure your chair is sized perfectly for you. Sizing specifications are an important part to the process.
Accessories and Configuration
Part of making sure that your chair is tailored perfectly to you is making sure we have selected the appropriate accessories. Anything from seat cushions to controls and amputation support is available to make your experience even better on a day to day basis. We’ll help you make sure you’ve selected the right accessories. Payment and Delivery
Once we’ve arrived at your perfect configuration, we’ll set up the payment method that works best for you. We take all major credit cards, as well as other electronic payments, such as wire transfer. Your custom chair will be assembled and shipped from Sweden. An estimated delivery time hovers around 6 weeks. Although our chairs do not have medical codes, we are happy to provide any necessary information in order to help with any possible insurance reimbursements or state loans/grants.
